Support

A person,
when you need one.

Help with access, connections, privacy, security or anything that is not working as expected.

Email sharingu support.

Send your question to [email protected]. This is the support contact for the website, private beta and sharingu plugin.

If you cannot access an organization workspace, your organization administrator may be able to restore access or confirm whether your membership is active.

Help us understand the issue.

Tell us what you were trying to do, which client or surface you were using, what you expected, and what happened instead. You may include a screenshot after removing confidential information.

Please do not send passwords, personal access keys, API keys, one-time codes, full private documents, payment-card information, government identifiers or health information. We will never ask you to email a credential.

Report a security concern safely.

For a suspected vulnerability, follow our security disclosure instructions. Do not access another person’s data, disrupt the service, or include sensitive data in your report beyond what is necessary to explain the issue.

If you think your account or connection key has been exposed, revoke or rotate it through the service that issued it, contact your organization administrator, and then tell us what happened without sending the credential itself.

Privacy requests.

To ask about, correct or delete personal information you submitted to us, email the support address with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need to verify that you are the person concerned before acting.

Our Privacy Notice explains what the website and service process, why, which providers are involved, how long information is kept, and your choices.

What to expect.

Sharingu is in private beta, so support is currently handled by email rather than a staffed help desk. We will acknowledge and respond as reasonably practical, but we do not promise a particular response or resolution time.

For service terms, including beta availability and limits, read the Terms of Service.
